When our director mentioned that there is a lecture from Last Mile, like any other lecture we participated in the session. I have seen many sessions at our college during past one year the thing that really impressed me about Vijay Sir is the quality of the Presentation. I was a confused and to be frank also scared to some extent about my future. It was after Vijay sir’s session in our college that I thought I could approach him and he would help me with my career. And without any further time I spoke to sir and joined Last Mile Solutions. Being with sir I realized how important it is to plan your future. After spending some time with sir, though I cannot say I am absolutely clear about my future plans but I can for sure say it has forced me to think about many things, talk to myself, probe myself and understand what is it that I want and more. I know this is a beginning but I am glad I took this step and am confident that this will take me further.

I was not aware of the session that Vijay sir had taken in our college as I had not attended the college that day. I was curious to meet sir only when few of my friends praised him and the session that he had taken in our college. After I met him, it was quite clear that I was not going to leave this last mile organization. He instilled lot of confidence in me. He showed me the way to plan my future which very less people do in this world.

I would request people who are really very confused about what they have to do in future to meet Vijay sir once. He is the right person, who can guide anyone in the right manner and show them the right path.

I was unaware of the seminar that was taking place in our college. But I managed to attend the seminar. That was the time when I came to know about Last Mile. The way Vijay sir gave the presentation was quite interesting. I have attended many seminars in our college, but Vijay sir’s seminar was something different.

Every company talks were related to their company’s aspects, but sir’s seminar was about a student’s career which drove me or made me to go and work with him. After I met sir, there was some change that I witnessed in myself. I came to know that there is lot of things that I have to work on.

Now I have realized that Last Mile is a place where I can nurture my talent. It’s Last Mile which has given me a new lease of life. It showed me the right path in life which is essential for every individual

As I come from a science background, I used to attend seminars and sessions with passion to learn from the speakers. I can never forget the session taken by Vijay sir in our college. All the seminars used to be in line with MBA.  I was astonished when sir said the session is going to be on Career Planning.

The session had raised many questions for me regarding my career path which were cleared in due course with the help of Last Mile. Most of the students doing MBA never think of the sector they want their career and the career ladder in that sector. Sir’s session made me realize the importance of having a proper career plan.

At the end of the session I thought I should have met this person way long before so that he would have given me valuable suggestions regarding choosing a right career. As the Old saying goes’ Better late than never', I learnt a lot from him and continue to learn at his office.

I was never interested in attending all these kind of sessions and as usual I tried to skip the session but fortunately I was forced to attend the session, and as soon as Vijay sir started speaking I don’t know what happened from the word go I was very keen on listening to what Vijay sir was saying and frankly I never ever attended this kind of session where a person i.e. Vijay sir is speaking all about us but not a single word about he, himself and this made me think that Vijay sir had a charm by which I could reach to what I want and yes I’m very happy to say that I’m working with him now.

Earlier I didn’t know what I actually wanted, from where do I start whom to ask and where to go but now I have answers for at least some of them and I’m sure that in very less time from now I will get answers for all my questions and yes I will say last mile really bridges the GAP

When I have joined MBA programme I did not think about the future means where to be step in exactly. When we had a Guest Lecture by Mr. Vijay Reddy from Last Mile Solutions in our college, I was inspired so much that his presentation was so good to attend the lecture. I got a chance to choose the right path in future with his guidance. By that lecture I immediately met him for guidance for my Project Internship.

Once I started my project I learnt many things that how to handle things perceptively in different ways. He also guided me in many other things like personality development, Career Transformation, Communication Skills, Self Confidence etc.

When I joined my MBA program actually I was not sure about my career, but when we met Mr. Vijay Reddy Sir the way he talks and presents himself, the lectures he gave are very inspiring and motivating for students. He is a very passionate person. When sir came to our college for the guest lecture I was absent on that day but the talk in the class about him inspired me to join last mile career solutions.

Being with sir I realized how important it is to plan your future. After spending some time with sir, I realized and understood what is it that I want? How to achieve success in life and be a successful person in life. Inspite of our project work we discuss many things on career transformation, communication skills, personality development etc.

When I have attended Mr. Vijay Reddy’s session I was first impressed the way he presented himself, he said how we need to plan about our career, transform ourselves in to present market scenario. When I walked to his office for a project I have learned how to focus on career and plan to reach the goal, how to step up in our career in different ways.

I have attended many sessions in my college, but never ever not even a single session have impressed me. One day I was forced to attend Last Mile Solutions session, I thought it would be same boring session but after Mr. Vijay Reddy has started his session it made me to think what am I, were do I stand, many confusions about my career were cleared. I was very much confused when I have joined MBA but when I have attended the session of Mr. Vijay Reddy on Career Planning, it has given me a lot of clarity and made me think about my career seriously. It has also opened up different avenues I can pursue going forward.

Vijay sir your presentation pattern is good and the data you provided at the guest lecture inspired me to contact Last Mile Solutions. I wanted to do a live project and came to Last Mile Solutions. When I met you and things you have told are all correct and it helped improve my confidence level and is one of the deciding factors for me doing the project with your company. Firstly I am privileged to do project in MBA (Finance) which is a part of our curriculum with Last Mile Solutions the Managing Director Mr. Vijay Reddy has helped us in getting the project done successfully and he not only gave us guidance in our project but also motivated us to lead a good life which is lacking in many as of now I am very thankful that he guided us in a very correct manner we got much to learn from him.

Vijay Sir has given a lecture at our college as part of the EDC Osmania, I was enlightened with his lecture and that moment was also looking to do my MBA project. I heard from one my friend about Last Mile and the opportunity that I can do my project work. I have worked with Vijay Sir in picking the topic of my interest. When there were some clarifications from our HOD and internal guides, Vijay Sir personally came to college to clarify the project concerns of our staff.

I have learnt some specific soft skills during the project. It gave me an opportunity to hone some skills required by industry. Vijay Sir made sure that I learnt some of the industry required skills along with giving great deal clarity in my career direction.

I have just followed some of my friends to do my project work at Last Mile. I was so glad that students had a choice to pick their topic of interest. Initially I was just rushing to finish my project, but Vijay Sir has a bigger picture to make sure that I worked on improvement areas and helped in reading some very good books.

At Last Mile they have made sure that I have read decent number of journals, articles and books related to project study. I would highly recommend student community in taking training or project work without doubt.

I am one of those students that I have never really taken project work seriously.  After my initial couple of meetings with Vijay Sir, I was convinced that there are few things I can learn in the process.

I was struggling with communication of all sorts, etiquettes, compiling my project, presentation etc., but Vijay Sir spent time with me and helped me learn by making sure that these aspects are practiced. They have been applied into my project work, glad that I have done my project at Last Mile. It’s a life time experience for me as I have learnt so many things which are not taught in college.

I come from rural background but wanted to learn so many things but could not find the right place to learn the same. Some of my friends referred me for doing my project work at Last Mile. I was not sure like many other students initially and I have to travel about 8-9Km to visit their office for getting my project work done.

All project topics offered at Last Mile are current topics and very interesting areas of study. Vijay Sir has tremendous knowledge in finance and career planning. I have personally gained by not just doing my project but gave lot of clarity in my future career plan.

When Vijay Sir mentioned that he will be working with Life Sciences Students of our college, we were really not sure what we are going to do as part of this project. He has handpicked students from Microbiology, Bio Chemistry and Chemistry disciplines and has spent past couple of months in providing industry awareness in each of our respective fields and we are still continuing our research.

He was very clear in what the end goal of the project of creating a Career Guide to Life Sciences which can be used not just by our college but to benefit many more college students.

I have known Vijay for quite some time as an IT Professional, but his decision to shift from his profession to teaching that too for helping students so that they are put in the right career track is something unheard. He brings tremendous industry and global exposure into his teaching. 

Initially, I was not sure how his lecture and the topic would help CFCA students. After the first session itself, I was convinced that the topic was appropriate for students and asked him to take as many sessions as possible.

He has conducted several sessions for CFCA students (3000+) in different locations of Andhra Pradesh and we at CFCA are really happy that we were able to have him as guest in all our Youth Camps. He was very flexible in adjusting his time in spite of last minute changes in some of the programs, we appreciate the same.

He was instrumental in showing career paths to students starting from Intermediate to P.G. during these sessions and our youth have enjoyed his sessions. What I have observed in his sessions is that he does lot of research and provides detailed statistics in the field of career. His lecture always focuses on how it will benefit the student and has an optimistic approach towards life and career goals.

When my son finished his intermediate in MEC, there was lot of confusion he was going through of what discipline or path he has to choose. I suggested my son that we meet Last Mile Solutions and after counseling session from them, the confusion was removed and in fact the complete career options they have provided has given lot of clarity to my son.

They do a detailed and thorough process catered to each specific student and I am really happy that I taken my son to them. They should continue to help many more students and parents in this process as such a service is required.

When we asked Vijay to conduct a session on Entrepreneurship with Osmania EDC, he volunteered to take up the task. He himself being an Entrepreneur has vast knowledge of change happening globally and the different aspects each student can look at along with different approaches they can use as they venture into new paradigms. He shared various examples and experiences to students by participating in several sessions of EDC. We are very thankful for his contribution and lot of students learned different techniques in their entrepreneurial journey.

When Vijay approached me to conduct a session for our students, he mentioned that the sessions covered engineering and management students so far. I suggested why not the same be delivered to Life Sciences Students as it will help them in their career planning. He said he will look into Life Sciences Careers and get back to me.

After few weeks he came back with so much knowledge about Life Sciences subjects  and I have asked him of how he got so much information, he mentioned that he has done quite a bit research around this field and he prepared himself so that he can deliver session to benefit our Life Sciences students.

The thing which amazes me is that every time I meet him, he comes with wonderful ideas and topics to help students and college management. When I read his article in Sakshi News Paper, the article covered exactly what he talked to me every time we met. I interact with so many people but he is one of those individuals who walk the talk.

He should continue in his endeavor and deliver good solutions to students in many colleges across the state and provide different solutions to many more students so that they can shape their careers. I really wish him all the very best in everything he and his company does in the future.

When Vijay first walked into my office, I was not sure the specific topic he is going to deliver, but went ahead in giving guest lecture slots to him for both MBA and MCA students.  In no time I was able to see the passion in his teaching process.
